| 3 | Dismantling existing steel work in built up section upto a maximum height of 15 mtrs consisting of chequered plate, beam, channel, angles, railing pipes, gusset plates, bolts, nuts by cutting rivets, welding by unloading safely at ground and transporting within a limit of 500 mtrs. etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 4 | Providing, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all heights upto a maximum height of 15 mtrs. with welded/bolted connection to all structural steel works for platform, stairs, ladders, beams, joints, bracings, columns, built up Section, hollow box sections etc. by using plates, beams, channels, angles, pipes, etc. conforming to IS 2062 of approved manufacturer and painting with two coats of Epoxy paint (two or more coats) of approved make and shade over a coat of suitable primer including cost of all material labours, tools, tackles, machines, safety appliances, scaffolding, safety net made of high density polyethylene UV stabilized having density 100 gm/sqmetc. complete and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 5 | Fabrication from existing dismantled MS section by cutting from old pipes, plates, angles channels, gratings etc by welding, erecting in penlion upto 15 m height and painting with two coats of Epoxy paint (two or more coats) of approved make and shade over a coat of suitable prime etc including cost of transportation, consumables, tools, machine etc. all complete and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 6 | Providing and fixing colour coated corrugated galvalume profile sheets of TATA/JSW or equivalant make (Profile, Colour and shape as approved by the Engineer-incharge) of 0.60mm(TCT) total coated thickness (tolerance as per relevant IS code) with material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 (zinc aluminium alloy coating nominal composition : 55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc & 1.5% silicon mass total of both sides) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20- 25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws with EPDM seal and washers of make- Coroshield/ durotuff / polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers( as per engineer in charge) including cutting to size and shape wherever required, finishing the surrounding for filling the gap between wall and sheet by providing & applying Cement mortar 1:4 (1: Cement : 4 Sand),etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC. Note :-1. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant to make the sheet as leakproof.2. Measurements will be given only for covered Roof area and over laps will not be measured or paid separately.3. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of finishing work required for filling the gaps between wall and sheet, nothing extra will be paid on this account. |
| 7 | Providing and fixingvalleys/gutter of 80 cm wide overallperimeter in cross-section, minimum TCT 0.60 mm thickgalvalume sheet with sufficient longitudnal and side lapping as per specifications, fixing in place at all heightsusing polymer coated hot dip galvanized hex head self drillingand self tapping screws with sealing arrangement / polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers with all necessary accessories etc. complete as per drawing, specifications, manufacturer specifications and as directed by Engineer. |
| 8 | Providing and fixing on wall face 110 mm dia. unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes, including cost of all material and fittings like shoe of same dia, labours, tools land tackles, machines, safety appliances, safety net, appropriate scaffolding etc. as directed by Engineer In charge. |
| 9 | Providing and fixing 110 mm dia unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete as per specification and as directed by EIC. |
| 10 | Providing and applying two or more coats of ready mix epoxy paint of 90 micron DFT of approved make and shade for various type of steel roof truss ,structure,gratings,Railing etc. erected in position at all locations and heights upto a height of 15M to give an even shade including cost of primmer wherever neccessery ,using spray gun wherever brush painting is not possible, cleaning the surface scaffolding, removing rust, dust, grease oil, peeled old paint, and suitable premire wherever required, etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.( The job will be carried out as per checklist to obtained desired thickness and to maintaining safe condition.) |
