| 1 | Clearing the light jungles, bushes and unwanted growth of vegetations, etc., by using Mechanical means including the cost of hire charges for bush cutter, collection and disposing the same by mechanical means to the dumping yardas shown by the Department, etc., as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 2 | Cutting & Clearing the scrub jungles, bushes, unwanted growth of vegetations & thorny plants along with roots, etc., including removing the roots, collection, conveyance and disposal the same by mechanical means to the dumping yard as shown by the Engineer-in-charge etc., complete.Note: The disposed dry material to be fired with controlled firing after getting prior approval of Engineer-in-charge.The rate including water tanker, required hose etc., complete. |
| 3 | Trimming of tree branches, which causing hindrance to free vehicle movement, blocking street light and touching the building etc., on road sides, avenues, streets and near buildings, including cutting the branches of trees using necessary tools, collecting, transporting and disposing them at places shown by the department using their own means of conveyance all as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. Note:- 1) The cut branches shall be further chopped into pieces having a girth of less than 2 inches and a length between 1 m and 2 m. These shall be segregated, loaded, unloaded, transported, and stacked at the waste processing yard within a lead of 5 km. No separate payment shall be made for these operations.2) Wood branches and other serviceable materials shall be loaded, unloaded, transported, and stacked at the designated yard as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, within a lead of 5 km.3) Waste wood shall be segregated and stacked at suitable locations as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, within a lead of 5 km. |

| 10 | Cutting and Removal of unwanted / dried trees of following girth (measured at a height of 1m above ground level) including cutting of trunks,branches, removing the roots, stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials at places shown by the Department, filling the pits and depression,etc., all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 14 | Removing the unwanted growth of vegetation by scrapping, removing and levelling the surface and disposing them at the places within 2km lead etc., all as per specification. |
| 15 | Removal of fallen trees during cyclonic period / heavy rainy season / as and when required including cutting, removal of roots, clearing the fallen trees, loading & unloading of wood by using JCB and tractor to the area within a lead of 2 Km, removal and disposal of debris left at the site, etc., all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. [Note: The Contractor shall employ minimum 2 Nos. of Tractor / day and 1 No. of JCB/day for loading and disposal of fallen trees.] |

| 18 | Removal of road side blockages during rainy season and cyclonic period by using mechanical means like JCB including clearing the road carriage way from fallen trees / tree branches, loading & unloading of trees / branches in Vehicles for Conveying if required, etc., including cost of fuel, operator, etc.,all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 19 | Conveyance of fallen trees / branches during monsoon / Cyclonic period from road side to dumping yard within 3 km lead including cutting the fallen branches / trees, loading and unloading by using tractor, stacking the wood at dumping yard, etc., including hire cost of tractor, driver, manpower for loading and unloading, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
