Job of cleaning of all office table, chairs, racks Alimirah, door, windows curtains, dusting of files, switching on/offlights, fans, tubes, heaters coolers, locking and unlocking of office, carrying of files from one section to another section, from one office to another office, making arrangement to deliver the official letters in the post officefor registered post/ ordinary post, delivering the massages from one section to another section, collecting stationary and other items required for office purpose from the market on all working days and within office hours all complete, taking materials sample from site of works and other Misc. jobs at site of works. [The rate shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes and EPF etc. nothing extra shall be paid & one job will be one full month]1No. person forBSNL Civil Division Dharamshala, 1 No. person forSub Division Dharamshala and 1 No. person for office ofChief Engineer (C ) BSNL Civil Zone HP, Shimla respectively.

Job for assisting in maintaining office record , such as data related to Sub Division office as well as other official routine clericalworks of SDC level in the office ofBSNL CivilSub-Division Dharamshala, assisting in conducting field test of building materials being used at site, marking and sealing of the Building materials samples to be tested in laboratory,supervision etc. as per actual requirement of office and sites. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge. The minimum desirable qualification of the candidate to be Diploma in Civil Engineering with experience in this field. [The rate shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes and EPF etc. nothing extra shall be paid & one job will be one full month] - 1 No. person for Sub Division Dharamshala .
