If the contractors unable to rectify the complaints within stipulated time of7 days (maximum), the penalty will be imposed to the contractor at the rate of Rs 500.00 per day for each complaint. (c) Tenderers may note that amount as given in schedule of credit will be deducted from the total amount to worked out the net contract sum at the time of Acceptance of tender. |
