| 1 | Specific Note:(a)One HS Electrician and one helper should be available for attendingday to day complaints on all days including/Sunday and holiday from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs . (b) Indls should be in possession of all required tools for rectification of complaints .(c)Labour charges and cost of reqired tools is deemed to be included in the ratequoted rate .(d) Work shall be executed by the authorised service mechanic/Engineerhigh skilledas approved by AGE/GE,to fter satisfacterily completion of servicing of HT Equipments.If any fault occurs upto completion of contract peried should be attended by concerned rep within stripulated time frame without any failure , quoted rates is deemed to be included all such charges.(e) Item no 1 to 40If any above HT Equipment and connected itms become breakdown, the contractor shall loacate the problem/fault at site within 12 hours on intimation by JE/Engineer-In-Charge and ensure that the fault and rectified within 48 Hours , failing which an amount of Rs 200 /- per hour will be recovered as penal recovery from any payment due to contractor after expiry of 48 hours.) |
| 2 | M & L Testing, servicing and commissioning of 11 KV VCB and removing of breaker from existig HT panel and servicing to include cleaning, greasing,corbon removing with CRC/Jelly,Busbar cleaning,removing of sulphonification at Teminals/ busbars and checking the CT,PT working condition,fixing of insulated materials for Busbar and carried out calibration fro desired values (TMS,earth relay timing etc),complete testing and commissioning of 11 KV breaker capacity (As per existing Make / Model) (400 to 800 amp) for 11 KV VCB with panel Installed at different locations for proper functioning of the Installations completeall as specified and directed.( Each VCB will be servcied in one time in entire contract period.)Note:- (a)Visual Inspection(b)Checking of funtional locks, interlocks, signaling devices and auxiliary devices.(c)Checking of suitablility and correct operations of protections, control instruments and electrical connection of the circuit breaker operating mechanism.(d)Checking of Tripping Mechanism operation.(e)checking of Charging Limit Switch Operation(f) Checking with standard voltage on the auxiliary circuit.(g)Checking of with standard voltage at potential transformer.(h)Checking of Breaker ON/OFF operation manually and electrically.(j) Testing of vacuum Bottle integrity.(k)Relay testing.(l) Checking of theinsulation resistance of VCB.(m)Verification of wiring.(n) Any spare Partif found unserviceable will be measured & paid separately as supply & fix in repair. |
