Demolition of cement concrete ( un reinforced ) in ground floors and paving n exc. 15 cm. Thickness, below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of Tile floor/wall tiles including cement mortar bedding( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to stor and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed . .

M&L for quick setting cement (sika monotop 108 waterplug) including surface preparation and repair for capillary rise water stop complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:11/2:3 Nominal Mix(using 20mm agg) as in floor complete all as specified and directed .

M & L Rendering, 15 mm thick on brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement all as directed.

Supply onlyIntegral water proofing compound liquid complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Water proofing treatment using acrylic polymer emulsion modified cement based water proofing coating with fibre glass mesh and raintite shall be mixed to cement at the rate of 1:2 and the following steps are as under to be followed during the treatment.a) Clean the surface with wire brush and remove all loose and friable particles from the wall which could affect the bond between the surface and the waterproofing coating.b) when the surface is repaired first coat of Sika/Pidilite/Dr Fixit raintite, a flexible protective waterproofing coating is applied with a hard plastic bristled brush and left to harden for 2 to 6 Hours.c) After the first coat dries,fiber glass mesh with second coating raintite.d) Top coat 107 top seal by finish.e) The surface is to be repaired with 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 including mixedwith using water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement.f) Using curing of screed and plaster are recommended.g)The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators.Note :-The concerned items should be executed by OEM authorized applicator after signing of MOU (format attached as Appendix \"AB\" on page no. 78 of tender documents as per Sch \"A\" Note No 19 Page No 17).

M & L Crystal glass porcelain tile random 3 colour of size (25mm x25 mm) and thickness 3.5 to 5mm with waterabsorption less than 0.05% on floor/vertical surfaces inswimming pool of approved manufacturer and specified shade like Orient Blue / Dark Blue / new blue or any pattern etc. laid in approved pattern on 3-6 mm ( 5mm average) thick bed of adhesive mortar of Polymer modified cementitious adhesive in conjuction with polymer modified liquidequivalent product ofetc mixed in required porportion as specified by manufacturer including filling / sealing of joints 2-3 mm thick between the tiles with epoxywith matching colour pigment to make it water tight and finished neatcomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L Non skid ceramic jointless coloured tiles,7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but nexc 0.18 sqm in floor etcset & jointed in neat cement slury & pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 15mm thick screed layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed .

Note: 1. The work is of urgent nature & contractor is advised to check the completion period & quote his rates acordingly.2. The rates quoted above shall be deemed to be inclusive of such pumping arragnements as required for dewatering of pool while carrying out repairs. Need for dewatering may arise out of ground water seepage or any other leakage and quoted rates to be inclusive of such dewatering measures. No extra cost shall be reimbursable to the contractor on this account of dewatering.
