| 47 | Note for Item No 1.0 to 41.0 :-(a)The contractor will deploy sufficient resources for completion of day to day comaplaint within 24 Hrs from the time of reporting.Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit suitable penalties as mentioned in relavant clause of Contract.(b)A detailed log of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with Engr-in-Charge or JE detailed by him.(c)The contractor will make suitable arrangment for emergent complaints and will notify JE/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond state time limit set for disposal of complaint.In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard.(d)The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints.(e)The quoted rated deems to be inclusive of transportation, T&P and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered at AF Station Jodhpur.(f) The contractor will maintain suitable inventories and range of spares required to meet the complaints as same will be reviewed periodically by Engr-in-charge or JE detailed by him to streamline complaints disposal system. |
