Servicing of Control Panel of 33 KV VCB Single unit which shall include comple re-wiring of control panel which got damaged due to short circuit/Rodent. Copper wire required of specification for re-wiring shall be supplied by contractor in total. The work shall also include servicing of Master Trip Relay, Over Current & Earth (Inverse) fault Relay 14 N, Auxilary relay of compatible make, NO/NC Auxilary relay, Repair/Servicing of damaged IDMT relay and its testing and Commissioning and other parts required for comissioning & Operator. Laying of control cable (Control cable shall be provide by Department) If required.

Complete overhaulling of different make CGL/ABB/Simens/Steelmake at VCB installed different 33/11 KV Sub Stations. The Job includes complete dismantling of 33 KV VCB Pole unit and operating mechanishm gear assembly (rachet & pinion assembly, wheel unit & sachet charging motors. Repairing Replacement of trip and close coil assembly, NO/NC contects, Servicing of vaccum interrupter unit, Tie rod and other moving and stationary parts of VCB outdoor unit. Assembly of all parts, comissionning and testing on all fault conditions. Checking of all electrical connections All T&P and testing equipments required shall be arranged by contractor. Earthing required by weilding M.S. Strip shall be done by contractor.

Replacement damaged 33KV CT with New 33KV CT (CT To be provided by Dept.) work includes dismantling of old CT units. Erection of new CT units by Hydra, welding of earth strip & termination of CT primary and secondary connection in CT Junction Box.(01 Job Include 03 nos.
