Plastic emulsion Paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade one or more coat on old work (Labour rate only). Including preparation of surface by scraping, sand papering, application of putty etc. wherever required.a) The furniture/fixture, carpet and flooring etc. shall be covered with polythene sheet by the agency or contractor.b) Where two surface of paint & polish or wooden almirah etc. meet, the agency has to put masking tape to avoid the overlapping of the paint/polish.c) The plastic paint shall be provided by the department and rest all materials i.e. POP putty, sand paper, dhoti, ladder, paint brush or roller etc. shall be arranged by the agency at their own cost.The work shall be completed in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

The synthetic enamel paint shall be provided by the department and rest all material i.e. POP putty, sand paper, dhoti, ladder, paint brush, roller etc. shall be arranged by the agency at its own cost. The work shall be completed in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade with one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10Sqm (labour rate only). Including preparation of surface by scraping, sand papering, application of putty etc. wherever required. The water proofing cement paint shall be provided by the department and rest all material i.e. POP putty, sand paper, dhoti: ladder, paint brush roller etc. shall be arranged by the agency at its own cost. The work shall be completed in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
