Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.

Flooding the ground with water including making kiaries and dismantling the same.

Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation.

Fine dressing of the ground.

Removal of garden waste by TATA 407 or equivalent including loading/ unloading and carriage upto 1 km lead,complete disposal upto designated place as per direction of officer-in-charge .

Supplying & Stacking of Selection No.1grass turf at site fresh & free from weeds having proper roots, lush green including loading, unloading, carriage and all taxes paid etc. and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.1200.00m2 x 0.125 m =150 m

Grassing with selection No. 1 Doob grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth, if needed (the grass and good earth shall be paid for separately).In rows 5 cm apart in both directions
