| 4 | Note for item 2 & 3 :-(a)One safaiwala will attend complaint Cell of AGE (I) Highgrounds daily at highgrounds Air Force Station 0830 hrs for complete tenureof contractincludin g extension period if any to collect the complaintsand submit the complaint slipduly signed by userat 1630 hrs the same daty. It shall be responsibility of contractorto ensure completion of complaints on daily basis.The quoted rates by the contractor against this item shall deemed to be included thecost of aforsaid manpower.(b)Recoveruy of Rs. 500/- per day if safaiwala is found absent.(c)Contractor shall be solely responsible for supplying all the safety measure required by the safaiwalas during working hours.(d) All waste material/ sludge shall be disposed off out of MOD Land.(e) The contractorwill ensure the cleaning/clearing all of the complaints(irrespective of Nos) within 24 hours of its raising by deployingadditional Safaiwala if required. Nothing extra will be paid on this account.(f) The rates quotedin above items include cost of allT&P likerods, Bamboos etc and safety measures, cpontractor shall be solely responsiblefor supplying all T&P and safety measures required by Safaiwalas during currency of contracts.(g) A recovery of RS 50/- per compliant per day will be made from contractor for complaints for more than 24 hours of its raising. |

Note:-(i) Payment shall be made to the contractor as under :-(a) 70% after cleaning/ cleraring the line.(b) 20% after three months (from the date of cleaning)(c) 10% (after four months from the date cleaning of line) orpayment in final bill as applicable.(ii) lines once cleared will be maintained through out the period of the contract. if there is any blockage during the period of the contract, the same will be cleared without anyextra cost by the contracrtor.(iii) In case of any blockage is observed /found in any cleared line through super suction manchine during the time period of contract and it becomes necessary to clear the sewage line with manchine, the same shall be clearedthrough manchine by the contractor without any extra cost to the department . The line shall be cleared by the contractor within 48 hrs after intimation to the contractor .The rate quoted by the contractor against this item shall be deemed to be inclusive of clearance of lines twice or more time. |
| 7 | Cleaning of underground sewage lines of 100 to300 mm bore by excavation and breaking (minimum two length) and removing the blockage, laying new pipes, re-jointing with old pipes including haunching the new pipes with PCC (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40 mm graded aggregate in all situations where cleaning is not possible otherwise complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rates quoted by contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of necessary excavation, returning filling and disposal of excavated soil. |
