| 1 | Repair/maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift with power operated door, simplex collective control system with repair/maintenance of unserviceable damaged parts such as bearings, bushes, all type of guide shoes, headers, hangers, door ropes,door cards,car door sills, landing door cills, door locks, cabin lights, minor repair of cabin fan,control cards, and its contacts, hall push buttons and its spares, connector/links, welding of cracked /broken and MS parts,door safety edge and sensor mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, car position indicator,and all connected accessories, necessary wiring of hall push button assembly, repair/maintenance of broken COP/LOP buttons and display, including cover, Fire alarm, Firemen button glass, Intercom, alarm/hooters, damaged hand rail, Shaft, light/switches, complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with LED display with LPT/LPC cardof stainless steel inclusive of harness wiring for laminating of push button of each floors and cutting wall making good disturbed surface with masonry work to make with existing surface & cable as per requirement and ensure smooth and safe operation of lifts ,fixing of loose rail bracket with necessary masonry work , changing of broken anti skid pvc rubber matandair freshner at lift cabin, removing old paint by paint removers and cleaning with scrappers, any number of coats, steel surfacesand liftmachine and all equipmentheld in machine roomand rust painting at car top and door and allied parts , two coats of painting of gear motor, all MS channels and Control Panels using spray gun ensure safe and smooth functioning of liftand complete maint of car top, binding of loose wire at control panel and , dewatering of lift wells in case of any emergency arise complete all as specified and directed.Buildings :P-1 & P-26 (02) Nos liftG+02 & G+1.Make: Existing make at Bldg . |

| 8 | Note :- for Item No 01 to 07, (i) The Contractor has to carry out the AMC of the Lifts through OEM only.(ii) The AMC should cover any / all parts of Lifts if its functions found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms.(iii) One mechanic shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell for safe & smooth functioning of the lift.(iv) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department.(v) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign (Their shift wise) in the attendance register kept with lift cell. If he is found absent of move without intimating to incharge of lift cell of JE EM, he will be treated as absent for this said shift recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected.(vi) Cost of minor spare parts/ routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate except items mentioned here-in-after. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares/ routine material.(vii) Monthly schedule for proper maintenance of lift and necessary documentation including all spares parts required to be replaced during the period shall be as directed .(viii) All minor spare parts and parts required for repair/ replacement for maintenance of lifts to be replaced during AMC at no extra payment. |

| 13 | Taking down unserviceable cabin fan from car cabin, supply and fixing newcar cabin fan non oscilatting type axial flow single speed 300mm sweep, 240 volts ISI mark with grillcomplete all as specified anddirected. |
| 14 | Disconnecting and taking out old defective infra red door sensor of any type and make, supply and fix newinfra red door sensor of up to full length of car door complete all as directed. |
| 15 | Dismantling and taking outall defective batteries from existing ARD, supply and fixing newbatteries suitable for ARD including necessaryconnection like battery terminals of brass and copperlead heavy duty to connect the battery terminal ofall as directed. |
| 16 | Dismantling and taking out unserviceable existing Stainless Steel landing door from various floors with its header, lock, brakesafety contact, MS cill etc & supply and fixing new stainless steel 18 SWG center opening by horizontalsliding stainless steel panel auto door for landing & car complete with header, cill, bracket bearing safety contact electro magnetic gate locks etc complete all as per exisiting size and design including necessary cuttinglifts opening in masonary work and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. |
| 17 | Dismantling and taking out unserviceable car door (6 PS and 8 PS) from car cabin supply and fixing new car door comprises of 02 No power operated, auto telescopic / centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel offlush type panels complete with removed headers, hangers, door drive unit with full beam infrared sensor up to full length of car door, aluminium sill VVVF door drive unit for motorcomplete with all accessories control connection etc. for for lift all as Specified and directed . |
