| 4 | (1) During monthly preventive maintenance visits which includes cleaning of VCB Breaker, servicing of complete VCB breaker, removal of dust, checking of all hardwares for its tightness, checking of OC/EF primary injection test, checking/Testing of insulation resistance test, checking of CRM testing, Checking of secondary injection test, Checking of Timing testing, scanner programming and servicing etc., (2) During monthly preventive maintenance visits complete checking of the 1600 KVA, 33 KV/.433 kV transformers for oil leakages, holes in the radiator fins, flapper valve packings, top cover plates, threaded fittings, flapper flanges, radiator flanges, electrical bushing leaks, and stopping leakage by providing necessary sealants, gaskets, rubber washers, chemical cleaning agents, or any other consumables, including the opening of the top cover and draining out the oil to repair leakage (if required), to ensure zero leakage, etc. and complete cleaning of outer surfacethe transformer as required. |

Dehydration and filtration (once in a year) of transformer oil by high vacuum machine,intransformers of 1600 KVA, 33 KV/.433 kV,ratings to free the oil from any impurities, sludge and moisture to get the desired level of BDV value as per relevant IS standard, including breakdown Voltage strength test before and after dehydration at site including submission of test report complete etc. as required. [All necessary tools, machinery spares, consumables excluding transformer oil required for top up , to be provided by the contractor.Note:The work will be done through the OEM or OEM-authorized dealer. All consumables & defective parts of VCB & Transformer during maintenance period will be replaced with OEM genuine parts by agency free of cost, rates are inclusive. |

| 7 | Servicing and maintenance of the Air Circuit breaker/bus coupler of following ratings 3p/4p, 415V, 50 Hz from the MV Panel, cleaning the same, disassemling, decarbonizing the arching contacts & arcing chutes completely, cleaning the fixed and moving contacts with ctc, checking the control wiring for continuity, tightening the connections, replacement of minor parts like spring, nut bolts and washers, setting right the mechanism, lubricating the moving mechanical parts, measuring the contact resistance of fixed and moving contacts with Micro ohm meter, and rectification of faults and replacement of defective parts (If any), reassemling the ACB, checking and testing the tripping system and releases with the help of secondary injection test kit at minimum three settings of over current, earth fault current, reinstallation the ACB in MV Panel, commissioning i/c dismantling & disconnection etc as reqd. (Any major spares, if required, will be supplied by the department.) [All consumables & defective parts of Air Circuit Breaker during maintenance period will be replaced with OEM genuine parts by agency free of cost, rates are inclusive.] Above 800A and Upto 2500Amps |
