Cleaning, sweeping, washing, scrubbing, swabbing, and dusting of corridors, passages, lift lobbies (including entrances), staircases, basements, and all other common areas on all floors. All areas are to be thoroughly scrubbed and maintained in a clean and hygienic condition. The work also includes collection and disposal of garbage/waste to the designated dumping grounds, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. This item includes the cost of all necessary cleaning materials, such as chemicals, brooms, and other tools and equipment required to carry out the work effectively. Any fines or challans issued by MCD, NGT, DDA or any other statutory authority on account of unsatisfactory cleaning or maintenance will be borne solely by the contracting agency.

Cleaning & sweeping of roads, berms, footpaths, parking open drain, parking, open space, grass paver, badminton court collection and disposal of garbage/waste to the designated dumping ground complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: This item includes the provision for an Environmental Assistant equipped with cleaning tools such as nariyal brooms, Kassie, khappachi, bamboo sticks, a rickshaw and other required tool as required.

Supply and dispersal of Bleaching Powder, including transportation, handling, and uniform dispersal at locations as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be carried out as and when required, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to safety protocols. All tools, labor, and incidental materials necessary for the execution of the work shall be provided by the contractor to complete the job in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE:i. If the work of cleaning and sweeping is found unsatisfactory or not done any day, a penalty ofRs.23,496.00/- Only shall be imposed on the contractor and no payment shall be made for that day. In thisregard the Decision of Engineer-in-charge will be bounding and final.ii. If any challan is issued by any civic body, MCD, NGT, DDA or any other statutory authority due to notcleaning the site, it will be borne by the contractor.
