Name of Work:M/o schemes under Nazul A/c-II in Rohini Zone.Sub- Head:Supplying and sprinkling of treated effluent water through tankers mounted with suitable sprinkling arrangement on roads, footpaths along 24m & 30m R.O.W. roads in Sector-34 & 35, Rohini under the jurisdiction of RPD-2 as a dust mitigation measure taken to prevent spreading of dust in order to curb pollution.

Sprinkling of water by hiring and running 5,000 Litre capacity water tanker fitted with sprinkler as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The water tankers should be equipped/designed for discharging the water through nozzle of 2mm to 4mm dia to give shower effect of water droplets (Nozzles should be available on front, rear, top and both sides). The treated effluent water shall be used in the water tanker to be arranged by the agency at his own cost including provision of GPS photography/ videography, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of all above mentioned operations, cost of GPS photography / videography, driver, helper, fuel & other consumables including water and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

NOTE:i) The sprinkling shall be done twice in a day i.e. in the morning & evening time or as perdirection of Engineer-in-charge owing to severity of pollution.ii) Any challan/fine/penalty issued from MCD, CPCB, NGT, local body or any othergovernment agency in regards to non-compliance of dust mitigation measures on said roads,the same shall be borne by the agency at his own cost failing which the amount of finechallan will be recovered from the bill of agency.
