| 2 | Carrying out digital counter survey with DGPS/TSM of high precision making position of each physical feature on the ground true to their position like existing Runway marking and demarcated the proposed marking on Runway as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. NOTE:-(i) The work shall be carried out through experienced & qualified agency\"s only.(ii) Mechineries deployed shall be got approved by AGE (I) in writing before execution.(iii) Final Deliverables:-• Georeferenced Mapping: The map accurately reflects the physical location of every feature on the ground.• Topographic Plan: Contours, elevations, and features are displayed based on the accurate 3D coordinates captured by the survey equipment.• Survey Report: This can include the precise coordinates of each survey point, including X, Y, Z values, and any specific notes related to the measurements |

Note- (i)Demarcation of painted area at an interval of30 m and demarcation should be 08 nos of points in each box or as directed by Engr-in- Charge. (ii) Approx 32 sqm area will be considerd as the one no. of Strip(iii) The work shall be carried out through experienced & qualified agency\"s only. |

| 7 | M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces by scrapping with metal wire brush and suitable tools and clean the surface by sweeping and then using electric blower and applyingone of synthetic enamel paint of any tint as in line, dashes letter etc on concrete or bitumen surfaces/ pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm in width with white/black/red/yellow/orange or any other approved tint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note :- Rates for supply of materials shall be included in the quoted rate. |
| 8 | Note:-(i) Work shall only be carried out by authorised applicator as approved by AGE (I).(ii)The contractor shall adhere to timings as per the user\"s requirement and as per demand. The demand and the location of work will be intimated either by representative of user/MES well in advance. In case of failure to attend the demand in time penalty will levied for each day @ ₹ 5,000.00 for non-completing the requirement till completion of work. The nature of works is related to Air Field & Air Craft Safety, hence no delay is accepted.(iii) As token of cross check on carrying out the work on the Runway, contractor shall obtain user’s signature / provide all assistance to MES Staff and obtain users signature. The register of user’s signature shall be provided to Engineer-in-Charge / AGE (I) as and when demanded for verification of the work / satisfactory completion of the work. (iv) As the Runway is operational site shall be handed over based on flying operations. Contractor will be informed as soon as possible with in minimum 02 days prior notice period. The contractor shall accordingly make arrangements for adequate labours and material for work completion.(v) Working hours may be restricted due to flying operation. |
