Mast Shall include heard- frame, lantern carriage with 08 Nos Luminaire arms suitable for mounting luminaires symmetrically , motorized winch with wire ropes (2 w rope system), lightning spike bolted on head- frame, Junction box , required foundation details as per height and design of OEM,suitable to withstand 180 kmph wind speed. The slip-stress fit type of joint is provided for sections; raising/lower speed 3m/min. The lubricant is permanent oil bath of SAE 90/140 type. SS wire rope is AISI 316, 7/19 const. Dia. of rope 6mm and breaking load capacity: 2350kg/rope. The tailing cable is ERP/PCP Sheathed Multi core flexible copper. The power tool is 440V, 50HZ, 1HP/1.5HO Reversible.
