Material and labour for repair to pot holes any depth, exceeding 30mm deep and area not exceeding 1.0 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminious primer at 5kg per 10 sqm, putting paving bitumen in premixedBituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 kg per 10 sqm blended with 0.09 cum of stone chipping of 0.63mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly atack coat/primingcoat with bituminous primerat 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using pavingbitumen (VG -10)with mechanical sprayer over black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour premix bituminous macadam 50mm thick (consolidated thickness) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using binder content of paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Bituminous premixsemi-dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen ( VG-30) as binder content by weight of totalmix using hot mix plant and mechanical paveras approved by the GE, rolled and compacted using 8 to 10 Ton vibrator powerroller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i)Job mix formula for the semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be obtained from the institutes specified in the particular specifications.(ii) In case, as per actual design mix, the binder content by weight of total mix is less than 5.5%, price adjustment shall be made as per average rate of all the purchase vouchers for bitumen pertaining to the work under this contract. If total binder content as per design mix is more than 5.5%, no price adjustment shall be made for the same.

Providing and laying 2.5 mm thick (exclusive of surface applied glass beads) hot applied thermoplastic compound including reflector risingglass beads @250 gm/sqm area as per IRC 35 including leveling to uniform surface free from streaks and holes etc complete all as specified and directed. As per MORTH specification 803.

Fixing of breaker on road by using paving bitumen/adhesive and nails complete all as per manufacturer instruction and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomeric 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.
