The walls of enclosures will be insulated with rockwool so to canopy with 75 db(A) at 1mtrs sound leveled by ministry of environment and forest. (d) Necessary overload test shall be carried out in the presence of testing officer nominated by Accepting Officer. (e) Shifting of DG set from factory to work site by means of truck/ crane is deemed included in quoted rates. (f) Platform for DG set shall be as per OEM recommendations and rates for construction of PCC plateform deemed included in quoted rates. (g) Contractor shall submit the CPCBIV+ compliance report/ certificate of DG set, BIS certificate for diesel engine, wiring diagram to the department alongwith, manufacturer test report etc. |

Note : - Contractor shall deploy one skilled operator (FGM) and one helper per shiftforthree shifts per day in each month for operation of each STP. |

| 42 | Notes for Serial Item No. 34 to 39 above :- (i)The FGMs employed by the contractor shall be ITI qualified from recognised institute having sufficient knowledge and experience i.e. minimum 02 years in maintenance / operation of similar work. The operators must be competent to carry out the repairs / maintenance of plant as required. (ii) The operators shall maintain the desired quality treated water including tracing out and rectification of minor leakages in pipe line / valves during the period. (iii)The operators shall operate elctrical equipements, pumps and maintain the STP in workable condition by checking daily leakages noise, cleaning the plant and its surrounding areas of plant as directed. (iv) The Contractor shall maintain all registers, log books,under various rules, and shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge as well as officers detailed by central labour department. (v) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for cost of labour for daily for daily routine maintenance for trouble free functioning of installation. (vi) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive all consumables required for operation of STP.(vii) The payment to the staff employed shall be made within first week of every month through online mode in employees respective Bank Account. No payment to contractors / firms will be made unless proof of payment of wages / EPF / ESI etc through bank account is submitted by the contractor to all employees. Contractor shall produce details of payment made to the employees along with supporting documents for the verification of Engineer-in-Charge for processing the monthly / finall bills. In case of revision in pay slab by Government during the currency of contract, same shall be paid to the employee by the contractor and accordingly rates shall be quoted.(viii) The contracor should follow the terms & conditions of E-in-C\"s br policy no 10/2023 issued vide letter No A/95533/SCADA Sewage/Pol/E2W (PPC) dt 21 Jul 2023 .(ix) Necessary spare & manpower will be provides by Contractor. (x) Desired water quality as per standard norms comply with E-in-C\"s branch direction to be achieved. |
| 43 | Comprehensive maintenance of the above STP & SCADA (of capacity 100 KLD as per srl item No 1 to 3 of this BOQ){ Phase - IV refer Sch \"A\" note no.2.1(d) } ,for the period of 1styears after expiry of Defect Liability Period. The scope of comprehensive maintenance includes maintenance of complete infrastructure under this work and replacing all defective components and restoring any defect / deformity / wear and tear and comprehensive maintenance of all STP components under this job, (Sl item No. 1.00 to 3.00) including all connected LT cubicle STP panel , all pumps and DG Sets in the scope of entire tender for further period of 12 Monthsafter completion defect liability period. The scope shall also include comprehensive maintenance of all electrical & Sewage Pumps items such as main switch, starter, change over switch, MCCB, voltmeter, anmeter, panel board etc, Sewage water pump, valve system, controlling syatem, daily checking, leakage, checking noise, cleaning of plant and its surrounding area etc, as per manufacturers instructions and as specified and directede by Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 46 | Notes for Serial Item No. 40 to 42above :- (a) Comprehensive maintenance includes replacement of all defective/ worn out / damaged parts including MBR membrane with new parts and nothing extra shall be paid on this account except the payment specified in this item. (b) The contractor shall be responsible for periodic maintenance as per maintenance schedule and specified including renewal/ replacement of parts, lubricants, fittings / fixtures filling of bacteria etc required for smooth functioning of the plant as per manufacturers instructions. (c) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of safety gear & required tools for maintenance. (d) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of tool & testing instruments required for operation & maintenance of STP plant.(e) The sludge cakes procured after treatment shall become contractors property and shall be removed from premises of STP as early as possible. The rate shall be quoted accordingly. |
