| 21 | Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor LT feeder pillar box in replacement, CPRI Approved ,factory fabricated in afactory having modern fabrication and testing process which includes seven tank pre-treatment process comprising of degreasing, rinsing, de-rusting , rinsing, phosphatising, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns . The doors shall be provided with suitable gasket and latchincluding PCC foundation for erecting the panel board.Feeder piller shall be suitable to accommodate the following as specied and as directed:-OUTER SHELL : The outer shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet &MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame, factory fabricated with front & back openable, double door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium platedlocks. ‘U’ type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate of thickness 3.15 mm powder coated having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The outer shell shall be powder coated Siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade. |
