| 1 | Material and Labour for disconnecting carefully electrical connection from both HT/ LT (primary & secondary) sides of the transformer, keeping them at safe side and taking out thetransformer/Voltage stabiliser indoor/ outdoor typeof capacity 630 KVA to 800 KVA,11 KV/433KV, step down any make for carrying out complete overhauling which shall comprise complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. of the following:- a) Material and Labour for lifting, transporting, handling the transformer to workshop and back to the original location after complete overhauling.b) Conducting the tests on core and windings as per IS like ratio, magnetic imbalance, short circuit etc. in presence of Engr-in-Charge and test results shall be signed both by the contractor and Engineer -in-Charge and kept on record.Note:-(i)Any damage to insulators/ bushes/ windings etc. while in the custody of the contractor shall be made good at no extra cost to Department. The serviceability of the transformer shall be checked and confirmed by the contractor before taking into his custody. (ii) Material and Labour for rewinding/ re-insulation of HT/ LT (primary/ secondary) coils, bushes, studs, Transformer oil, cable box, replacement of bucholtz relay/ MOG if any etc will be measured and paid separately. |

[Note: Material and Labour for re-insulation of serviceable coils will be measured & paid separately under relevant items.] |

(b) MS wire 75x75mm mesh 3.15 mm dia ,2mtr height and shall befixedto post with flat iron 32 x 6 mm fillet with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.(c) Cement concrete type D-2 ,1:4:8 using grade crushed stone aggregate for mass concrete/ foundation.(d) Brickwork with subclass \"B \" bricks ,straights or curved on plane exc 6m mean radius ,built in cement mortar 1:6 complete for toe wall along the perimeter fencing.
