| 1 | PACKAGE - APart - I - Annual engineering maintenance and day to day operational activities of 3 nos. water treatment plants by providing professionally skilled plant operators on one shift basis for each plant throughout the week. The job includes routine maintenance of the system, routine operation, backwash of the filter units, regeneration of water softener plant as required depending upon usage and raw water hardness, water quality monitoring for treated water, monthly reporting of the plant status. (Payment will be made based on the numbers of day’s duty performed on no work- no pay basis.) |
| 2 | Providing consumable chemicals for use in the each WTP as per requirement or as directed on day to day basis. Regeneration should be done to maintain specific hardness of treated water in between 80 to 120 ppm or as directed by the Institute. (Payment will be made based on actual quantity of material consumed at site.). |
| 3 | Non Iodized Salt containing 99.5 % Sodium Chloride. |
| 4 | Sodium Hypochlorite solution 10% concentration (must be applied through chlorine dosing pump); Chlorine dosing pump should be provided and maintained by the contractor. |
| 5 | Providing hardness Testing kit and testing the hardness of treated water of each plant on regular basis with Reagent (A, B, S & R) and recording the results on the registrar. |
| 6 | Quarterly sampling and analysis of treated water samples from a NABL accredited laboratory duly approved by the Institute. (This item should be executed on specific instruction from the Institute.) |
| 7 | Part - II - Annual engineering maintenance and day to day operational activities of the swimming pool by providing two nos. professionally skilled plant operators for 6 days a week. The job includes maintenance of pumps, equipment etc. by providing spare parts, if required; dosing of consumable chemicals like Soda Ash, Alum, Hypochlorite solution etc. as per the requirement or as directed. The pool operators have to maintain the swimming pool water treatment plant as required/directed and are required to keep the pool free from falling leaves, dirt etc. The proficiency of the operators may be checked by the Institute. (Payment will be made based on the numbers of day’s duty performed on no work no pay basis.) |
