Erection of plywood flooring stage over steel structure and dismantling the same after the event including transportation of stage materials.(Materials will be provided by department)

Temporary arrangement of water proof tent for main stage at Marina park in connection with Island Toursim Festival 2025 at Marina Park consist of G.I Profile Sheet roofing over steel girder beams of span 7.32 mtr and purlins supported at 20 ft height with 04 Nos steel column of required size at four corner with out any inter mediate support (Materials shall be taken back by removing/dismantling after completion of the function)

Providing and laying of Red coloured 4mm thick floor carpetas per directions of engineer-in charge.Materials should be taken back by removing/dismantling after completion of the function.)

Providing and fixing Back Drop frame of MS square bar of size 1\"x1\" with necessary screws and binding wires.(Materials will be of taken back by contractor after completion of event )

Providing and fixing of cloth frill of ht 90 cm around the stage with necessary staples, pins etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.(Materials will be of taken back by contractor after completion of event )

Temporary arrangement for pandal made of G.I Pipe Post @ 15\"c /c corrugatedG.S sheet 0.63mm thick/ precoted galvanised iron profile sheet 0.50 mm thick as desired by Engineer- in- charge.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self taping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces, including over G.I pipepurlins and rafters as required at site directed by Engineer - in - charge.(Material will be taken back by the contractor after completion of event.)

Providing and fixing cloth kanath of good quality as directed by Engineer - in - charge around the pandal erected at Corbyn Cove. (Materials will be of taken back by contractor after completion of event )
