Supplying all materials, labour and ladder/scaolding T&P for art painting/concept painting/ 3D painting over walls/streets (RCC or Plastered or CC or Bituminous Base Black Top Surface) as per direction of BMC including cost of paint admixtures such as fabric strainer, acrylic emulsion etc, with labour charge of artists and helpers etc all complete (not covered under Govt. of Odisha SOR and hence rate has been adopted as per prevailing average local market rate)
