Supply, installation testing & commissioning End Suction Monoblock Pump, having discharge of 2000 LPM at 60 metre head with inlet of 150 mm Dia and outlet 125 mm Dia, cast iron casing having axial suction and top centre line delivery with self-venting design, smooth hydraulic passage ensures highest efficiency, delivery flanges and supporting feet are cast integral with the casing, cast iron impellers shall be enclosed type, hydraulic balancing of impellers is achieved by balancing holes, the impellers shall be statically and dynamically balanced, pump Shaft shall be stainless steel (SS 304 / 316) and shall be supported between antifriction ball bearings, critical speed of shaft shall be sufficiently above the operating speed, the shaft shall be critically machined and ground to maintain concentricity, and fully protected from the liquid being handled by means of shaft sleeve and ‘0’ ring and gasket between impellerscrew & impeller, coupled with and including 40 HP,1450 RPM, electric motor, copper wounded, 3 Phase, 415V ±10%, 50Hz ±3%, with Base Frame and AVM pads, fixed over existing PCC foundation with nut bolt washer complete all as specified & directed

S&F Starter Panel Star Delta Three Phase comprising with 125 Amp FP MCCB, 70A Power contactor, over load Relay, single Phase preventer, 150 / 5 CTs ON, OFF trip indicator, RYB Phase indicator, Auto Manual Switch Start Stop Push Button Connector strip etc. compatible with the pump as mention under BOQ item No 1 all as specified and directed.

S&F cast iron Non Return valve (NRV) both end flanged 150 mm Dia ISI marked without bypass arrangement including jointing material such as nut, bolts and washer, packing including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed
