To perform under term contract such services and execute such works on the terms and conditions contained or referred in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I (Specifications) and MES Standared Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II (Rates) together with errata/amendments as applicable,General Conditions of Contracts IAFW-2249, 1989 (Print) with errata/amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in the tender documents as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid standard schedule of rates during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES standard schedule of rates.ORAt such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of \"General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)\" 1989 (Print) with errata/amendments as applicable.Notes :-(a)Tender shall insert percentage rate at F4 Column of this BOQ.(b)Tender shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) available at E4 Column of this BOQ to quote the percentage above/below MES Standard Schedule of Rates.The percentage quoted by tenderer shall be made applicable for acceptance while publishing the acceptance letter.(c)Amount inserted by the MES under rate Column and the total amount reflected in the page is a rough guidance and for reference only.Similarly the quoted amount works out (based on percentage rate quoted by contractor) shall also be treated as rough and for reference only.The work orders for various works /service shall be placed for amount worked out/priced on the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-II duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by the contractor.
