Providing anti-smog gun mounted on TATA 407/ Swaraj mazada/ equivalent type of vehicle with water tanker of 7000 litre capacity, compressor/ Hydraulic Jet, hose pipe, etc. all complete in running condition for spraying treated water on road/land, Kerb Stone, railing, footpath, plant, planters, etc. for settling the dust particles on daily basis including all labour, driver, water cost, fuels, road safety cones, taps, and all other T&P required etc. Each Anti-Smog Gun will be sprinkling minimum 14000 litres treated water per day as and when required at any location including all lead complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

NOTE:1. The agency is required to supply & sprinkle water a minimum of 2 Nos. of Anti-Smog Gun Water tankers of capacity 7000 litre each day or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge failing which the penalty @ 30000/- per ASG tanker shall be imposed on agency and recovered from the bill.2. During execution of work if any challan is received in this office on any day by NGT, EDMC, DPCC/CPCB, local body or any other Govt. agency, the same shall be borne by the agency and if fails the amount of challan will be recovered from the bill of agency. Nothing extra will be paid to agency on this account.
