| 25 | Note: (i) In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account.(ii) The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum. |
