Taking down chowkhatsor frames exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) each and removing to or from store complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18 mm thick both side prelaminated high density high moisture resistances (HDMR) board any colour with white base paint finish UV HDMR corner side rounding with edge bending tape, in shutter, shelves and similar items any shape and sizes shall be made up by machines matching with final finish (UV) and provision of 2nd class softwood beads of requisites width 3 to 5 mm all around the shutters and shelves etc with and including painting of beading with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coats pink primer all as specified and directed. (Note :- Design and colour as approved by GE).

Material and labour for plain, solid straight chowkats and window frames (2nd class soft-wood) wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints with and including painting of beading with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain, fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section clean sawn wrought (sectional area,exc 13 and n . exc 25 cmsq) 2nd class softwood secured with nails or brads with and including painting of beading with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel bright finish or electrogalvanized (width of flap 40mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for magnetic catcher triple strip vertical type of approved quality in cupboard/wardrobe shutter, including fixing with necessary screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for hasp and staple, (safety type) 100 mm size brass with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for handles, cast type polished bright 100 mm size with necessary screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall and ceiling of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old/newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer and applying two coats of cement based wall putty 1 mm each to wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described with synthetic enamel paint to give an even shade two or more coats over and including removing of dust dirt and foreign material etc complete all as specified and directed.
