| 7 | Re-assembling and fixing in position the dismantled aluminium partitionswith particle board, aluminium grills and glass using with necessary new rubber gasket, screws, mortice locksetc.as directed by the Engineer-in- charge complete. |
| 8 | Laying and fixing 0.40 mm thick Vinyl flooring of approved shade overcement concrete flooring with standard adhesives as directed by the Engineer in charge |
| 9 | Servicing of aluminium windows/ventilator including replacing worn out rubber beading, lubricating hinges, cleaning of glasses etc complete. |
| 10 | Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) |

| 12 | Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour . |

| 14 | Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : |

| 16 | Provision for electrical works including replacing unserviceable fiitings - 5 nos tube lights, 4 nos ceiling fans of approved make including essential wiring as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. |
