Note:- a) The scope of work consists of performing such works and / or services upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in these documents and upon the conditions contained here-in-after and in the aforesaid MES Schedule 2009 Part-I as may be demanded during a period of Twelve months from the date of Acceptance of the contract, at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule 2020 Part-II.b) The rates of the MES Schedule shall be adjusted by the tenderer\"s quoted percentage. The tenderer is required to quote/insert his percentage in the cell in Row No \"17\" Column \"F\".c) The tenderer shall select the option \"Excess (+)\" to quote his percentage \"Above/on\" the MES Schedule. Otherwise the tenderer shall select the option \"Less (-)\" to quote his percentage \"below/off\" the MES Schedule.d) The rate and amount inserted by the MES under the \"Estimated rate\" column and the \"Amount\" column are for reference only and are indicative of the total amount of work that can be ordered under the contract. This amount may be varied during the contract period with mutual agreement subject to fulfilling other conditions of the contract.e) All minor works and revenue works will be ordered under this contract. Tenderer shall consider this point before quoting the rates.

Notes for all supplementary items :- The overall quoted percentage by the contractor shall be applicable on SSR Rates and supplementary rates either percentage in on Plus (+) side or Minus (-) side. Tenderer shall consider this point before quoting the rates.
