Material and labour for preparing existing blacktop/ newly laid bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes or using pressure blower and compressor for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bagsto remove all loose dirt applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm paving bitumen of VG-10 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of VG-10 and putting in premixed bituminous macadam using VG-30, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of hole exceeding 30mmcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Applying 2.5 mm thick road marking paint with reflective thermoplastic including reflectorising beads @250gms per sqm, white road marking paint confirming to BS-3262 (1989), either continuous or broken lines over existing or new painting surfaces of cement or bituminous surface, laid down through road marking machine using thermo plastic material by incorporating the white glass powder for reflectivity in white or golden yellow colour by using applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil grease and foreign material etc complete as direction of Engineer-in-Charge and in accordance with applicable specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs raised pavement marker CAT eyes of both side prismatic retro reflective lens type of 12 x 85 x 18mm in ASA plastic housing to be fixed with special adhesive on bituminous concrete pavement & conforming to IS as permanufacturer\"s instructions including test certificate from approved lab etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed.
