| 2 | (A) Alternator : Standard design alternator rated at 82.5 KVA (66 KW)net output at site after considering all derating factors, site conditions and at power factor 0.8, AC, 3 phase 4 wire, 415 V, 50 Cycles/Second, 1500 RPM self excited, self regulated, screen protected, drip proof IP 23 enclosure, brush less design, voltage regulation ± 2.5 % rated voltage from no load to full load and frequency regulation within ± 1.5 % tolerence.(B)DIESEL ENGINE : Developing a net directed output of 105 BHP or higher nearest available @1500 RPM suitably matched with alternator to give a net directed output of 82.5 KVA vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity ,water cooled,closed circuit as per BS-649 or IS-1002 direct injuction type turbo charged, Electric starting system having rated speed 1500 RPM. The DG set Shall be capable for running 24 hrs continuously with 10% over loading for 01 hour in every 12 hours as perBS-5514/BS-649. Engine shall be multi cylinder, multi stroke, direct injection andequipped with all standard fitting as per manufacture\"s recommendations and mounted on common base frame with following Specifications :-(a) Fly wheel with housing (i) Common base frame of sturdy design suitable for anti vibration mounting and permanent concrete foundation for mounting engine and alternator as per manufacturer\"s instructions .(b)Cooling system (i) Radiator with fan belts &guard, rubber hoses and thermostat. (ii) Cooling water pump centrifugal type . (c)GOVERNER : Electronic Governer. |

| 4 | (D)AMF Panel :Design, supply, install, test & commissioning of factory made AMF Panel board suitable for carrying current up to 110% of full load of 82.5 KVA DG sethaving IP 54 protection, Out door, free standing, floor mounted, dust and vermin proof, cubical type, made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick and shall be painted with epoxy powder paint by means of electro static gun after rigorous pretreatment comprising of cold phosphating process on all internal and external surfaces after due preparation of surfaces, totally enclosed with front and rear opening, hinged doors, locking arrangements. [ Panel - CPRI Approved or OEM of manufacturere of DG set)Control panel shall be provided with suitable internal wiring with copper cable of suitable size, main contactors with 415 Volt coil, switch gears (4 pole MCCB in incoming main supply & DG set supply and out going with Ics = 100% Icu) , copper bus bars with colour coded heat shrinkable PVC sleeves with suitable inter connecting copper wire DG supply and main supply / copper strips, control wires, relays, timers, bakelite control fuses, measuring devices such as Voltmeter, Ammeters both for AC & DC, mulitifunction meter for displaying various parameters of DG sets all as required & current transformer of suitable ratio, Selector switches, HRC fuses, earth bus and bolts etc. The panel shall be with standard functional system with necessary accessories for automatic start of DG set on main supply failure and stop when mains restore after necessary cooling. The control panel shall be provided with standard over load, earth fault relay, indicating lamps and manual control switches / push button switches for DG Set ON / OFF, DG Contactor ON / OFF, Mains Contactor ON / OFF, RESET, ACK, TEST, TRIP with indicating lamps, including battery charging system with rectifier bridge, transformer of suitable size and capacity to charge batteries trickle / boost and unbalanced voltage tripping system all as specified including taking out of old panel complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.Note : (i)The Out door AMF panelshall be with by pass arrengements with on load chageover switches of same rating as per MCCB.(ii) The contractor to submit the drawing of panel for approval of accepting authority. |
