Note:-1. Quantity and location of red bajri to be supplied shall be intimated to agency as and when required.2. Red bajri shall be supplied at different parks having different locations. No. extra payment shall be made on behalf of carriage, loading & unloading in these locations.3. Any damage done in the park during supplying shall be borne by the agency only. Necessary recovery can be made by the department for non-compliance of the rectification, if any.4. In case the contractor fails to supply the required quantity of Bajri for any park as per the daily schedule, a penalty of ₹2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) per day per park shall be imposed for each day of delay or short-supply.5.
