Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing S.S. post including frame of grade 304 pipes with braces of S.S. grade 304 and rectangular section including cutting, organ welding grading, making circumstances polishing, buffing etc. complete with necessary holes, nuts & bolts, caps & anchor plates of SS grade 304 ASTM and welding using U clipsas per drawing & instructions of the Engineer-in-charge excluding the cost of RCC/CC and earth work.

Providing cutting hoisting and fixing in position including fabrication of 3m thick Aluminium Composite material sheet (ACM) made of two aluminium sheet of 0.25mm thick each having a distance of 2.50mm thick filled with rubber polymer to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Confirming to various concerned ASTM Standards. (Measurement to be taken of the face area of sheet).

Providing and fixing in position very high bond (VHB) double tape 24 mm wide and 2.3mm thick for jointing ACM/ Aluminium sheet with S.S. frame including all process like cleaning, cutting, chemical application pressing etc. as per sample approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing retro reflective sheeting grade XI as per ASTM-D4956-07 in two layers of approved colour over ACM/ Aluminium sheet complete with necessary adhesive and pressure method etc. The sheet layer of Type-XI sheet shall be on full face of ACM/ Aluminium sheet words/ directions. pictogram (picture), Arrows, sign, shall be printed over sheet through traffic jet digital print system of approved make complete including cleaning etc. complete, all as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge (payment shall be made for flat area of sheet only).
