Repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat of paving bitumen VG 10/30 @ 5 kg/10 sqm surface area, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder VG 10/30 @ 9.8 kg/10 sqm, binder with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm sizeand again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old black toped surfaces of road by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning cleaned the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and M&L for applying evenly priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10/30 @ 5kg per 10 Sqm of road surface and laying bituminous premixed SDAC 30 mm thick (compacted thickness) using binder (Bitumen VG-30 grade) contents @ 5.5% (approximate) by weight, mixed in Hot mix plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to achieve uniform smooth surface with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the road surface ofdirt, oil/grease spots and forgein material etc and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) of white/yellow colour using Hot Thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic paint applicator machine fitted profile shoe glass beads depenser tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by operator on road surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
