Providing and delivery of Factory made polyvinylchloride (PVC) Door Frame of the size 50 x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm,made out of extruded10 mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitre cut at twocorners and joined with 2nos of 150mmlong brackets of15x15mm MS square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with seasoned teak wood plank. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mmlong MS Screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners complete as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer in charge for finished item of work and Supply and delivery of door shutters made of rigid PVC extruded hollow section of20mm X 200 mm with the wall thickness of1.0mm plus 0.1mmequally divided into 4nos with tongue and groove locking arrangements. The shutter frame is made of 30mm X 79mm with the wall thickness of 1.5mm plus or minus 0.15mm section mitre cut and joined at 4 corners with125mm X 225mm plastic brackets. The shutter shall be horizontally reinforced with 2 nos of 8mm PVC rods. Teak wood batons shall be reinforced inside the door shutter during the fabrication of the door shutter at those points wherever the hardware is fixed on to the door shutter asper directions of Engineer in charge(size 750 x 2100mm)

Conforming to IS2681, 150mm long door handle 2nos.conforming to IS 208,100mm long butt hinges 3nos.conforming to IS205, 200mm long tower bolt 1no.conforming to IS 204and including required screws for fixing of hardware to the door as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
