Providing and fixing factory made PVC door shutter made ofsolid foam PVC profiles of thickness 5mm and 15mm at edgesintegrally extruded for vertical style and horizontal(top/bottom/lock) rails of minimum cross section of 70mm x28mm , of shape and design as per manufacture\"s specificationhaving homogenous fine celluar structure and smooth integralouter skin, inserted with G.I. \"C\" section/rectangular tubeprofile of minimum 0.30mm thickness with 120 gsm coating asstiffeners as per manufacturer\"s specification Mitred cut jointsfor styles and rails provided with telescopic polymeric \"L\"corners are jointed together using solvent adhesive andstrengthened with fully threaded stainless steel screws (ofrequired size) through reinforced stiffener with panelling ofspecified solid foam PVC board / high pressure laminate ofrequired thickness and of approved design and shade (matchingthe styles and rails), secured within styles and rails withspecially designed solid foam PVC moulded beadings ofrequired size using PVC solvent adhesive /cement . Thefinished door shutter including SS hardware , 1 no. ss slidingbolt 200x10mm , 1 no SS tower bolt 200x 10mm and 2 nos .SShandles 125mm, shall be fixed to frame with 3 nos. stainlesssteel hinges of minimum size 100x58x1.9mm and ss screws ofrequired size complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge(Cost of above hardware is inclusive in rates) - 5mm thick solidfoam PVC panel of required size with moulded / extrudedbeading of appropriate design shape and size as permanufacturer\"s specification ( to secure the panel insert tight inplace within the style and rails of shutter) matching the colourand shade of shutter frame.
