| 1 | Supplying, filling & spreading good earth (procured from outside the site): Good earth (generally well sieved, 90% to pass through I.S. sieve of 10 mm) at site including loading, unloading, royalty. The soil shall be friable loam material, fine in texture, containing at least 2% organic matter, reasonably free of subsoil, free from stones, gravels, plant roots, branches, and any other unwanted objectionable extraneous matter or debris and shall contain no toxic materials. No sweet earth shall be delivered in frozen or muddy condition. For calculation 90% of soil will be considered. |
