Deploying Tractor Driver (skilled) with necessary tools & tackles for Operating Departmental Tractor for Grass Cutting / Spraying Pestiside / neem oil etc to deter birds as per the directions of the Engineer In charge.Note 1: Tractor with fuel, mobile oil, Neem Oil / pesticide etc shall be arranged by department and contractor has to engage only drivers having good driving skill and credentials.

Ploughing and loosening soil using rotavator at Runway End Safety Area (RESA) inside the operational area .The rate includes the cost of hire and running charges of Tractor rotavator, including driver, fuel, transportation of the Tractor rotavator to and from the site of operation and any other incidental charges all complete as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Deploying the manpower as and when required with necessary tools and tackles for assisting the departmental tractor, Manual grass cutting and other works etc as and when required complete as per the directions of Engineer In charge.

Hiring of JCB /3D Hydraulic Excavator for removal of Bushes, Jungle /levelling of heaps etc., as and when required as per the direction of EIC. The rate includes the cost of hire and running charges of JCB, including driver, fuel, transportation of the JCB to and from the site of operation and any other incidental charges all complete as directed by Engineer In Charge

Hiring of Truck (of minimum 6 Cum capacity) for disposal of rubbish, malba etc for all leads and lifts and as when required as per the direction of EIC. The rate includes the cost of hire and Running charges of Truck, including driver, fuel, transportation of the Truck to and from the site of operation and any other incidental charges all complete as directed by EIC

Deploying of Heavy duty chain saw/tree cutting machine of minimum displacement of 50.20 cm3 along with skilled machine operator for cutting small trees, tree branches etc. in operational area/ along boundary wall and whereever required inside Airport Premises .The rate includes the cost of hire, fuel, lubricant, skilled operator, trasnportation to and from the site of operation and any other incidental charges all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Deploying of Heavy duty Brush Cutter machine of minimum displacement of 40 cm3 along with skilled machine operator for cutting Grass, bushes, shrubs etc in operational area/ along boundary wall and whereever required inside Airport Premises .The rate includes the cost of hire, fuel, lubricant, skilled operator, trasnportation to and from the site of operation and any other incidental charges all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.
