Providing & Installing of single phase electric motor having capacity of 1 HP (Branded Company) for raising & lowering of Flag with repairing of control panel & other accessories all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of national Flag (Tiranga Flag) 8\"x 12\" of knitted polyester printed as per the national flag code & specfications including take off/removal the impaired/ defective flag all complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing & fixing 4 mm diameter stainless steel grade-304 rope wire & D-Clamp/ Rope wire clamps for flag pole all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Hiring of crane 20 tonne capacity with bucket all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

CONDITIONS:-iInspection of National Flag poles to be done every fornightly & report to be submitted to Sub-division office.ii The agency will be responsible for maintaining to keep all the National Flag poles as per Flag Code & specifications. if agency fails to bring back in working condition within 48 hours after receiving the complaints, the panalty will be imposed on the agency of Rs. 500/- per complaint per day.
