Bidders shall quote prices of above items and upload their Price Break-Up in Exhibit 22 of the RFP document on eProcurement portal. 4. In case any of the module does not go-live due to the reason not attributable to SI, the Client shall release the proportionate payment. 5. Only the rates quoted at Table X will be considered for calculation of L1 bid. 6. During the contract period, Client will have the liberty to order additional ERP System Licenses, Other Software Licenses, implementation, help desk, manpower, blended manpower monthly rate, blended man day rate etc. at unit rates of items offered in the commercial bid. The unit rate mentioned in price bid for items will remain unchanged for entire contract period.
