1.0Material & labour for opening / taking down radiator of DG set and cleaningdescaling using air compressor and cleaning with detergent etc and examining of water leakage of the same after cleaning , descaling and repairing of leakageif any, using welding/brazing etcincluding replacement of all connecting partsif damage i.e. radiator hose pipe with clamp, bolt, nut, washer, rubber bush, packing material etc and re-assembling the radiator, fitting with DG set properlyin original position, checking the alignment, making proper hose connection, testing for smooth operation complete all as directed. Note : 1.The cost of replaced spare parts is deemed to be included in quoted rates 2.Thecost of transportation (to and fro) for all kind ofnecessary equipment T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at siteand no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.1.01capacity of 160 KVA (Piru Vihar & Naraina) - 02 Nos1.02 capacity of 250 KVA(rangpuri & Tigris ) - 02 Nos2.0 Supply and fixing in replacement of Megnetic pickup Sensor suitable for 160KVA Kirloskar. DG set connecting with panel circuit, starting and testing on loadall as specified and directed. - 02 Nos3.0 Supply and fixing in replacement of Automatic Voltage regulator sutable for320 KVA -100 KAV DG connecting with Panel circuit,starting and testing on load with all the parameters for safety protection and running suitable for the existing DG set of Make: Cummins / kirloskar. - 02 Nos4.0 Supply and fixing in replacement ofBattery 12 V 150 Ah suitable for the existing DG set of Make: Exide / Amron. - 02 Nos5.0 Supply and fixing in replacement ofBattery 12 V 100 Ah suitable for the existing DG set of Make: Exide / Amron. -02 Nos6.0 Supply and fixing in replacement ofLubricant oil pump Assemblysutable for 320 KVA -100 KAV DGwith all connecting partssuitable for the existing DG set Make: Cummins / kirloskar.- 01 Nos
