| 25 | Supply, Installation and Fixing LT Cable junction box shall be made out of Thermoplastic Polycarbonate and size should be not less than 200mm x 160mm x 98 mm(upto Cable Size 16/25sq.mm). The Polycarbonate JB shall be environment friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive,IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529,Weatherproof UV-resistant, rainwater-proof, temperature-resistant. The gasket material of JB shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The Junction Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998 - 1, IEC 60670 - 22& IEC 60670 - 2 - 5. The JB Colour according to RAL 7035. The Junction Box shall be with four side screw and they will be sealable without any accessories. The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall be submit a copy of IEC Certificate . For better safety the Polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant & self - extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695 - 2 - 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part - 3,UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 degree Centigrade & Terminal Stud with Current Carrying Capacity upto 63Amps.
