The prepared concrete floor surface shall be primed with Nitoprime 25 followed by epoxy underlay self-smoothing screed Nitoflor EU5 2mm thick applied at a coverage of 2 litres / sqm. The cured screed surface shall be provided with Hard wearing, skid resistant, flexible multi-layer deck protection system with polyurethane coating using Trafficguard UR 150 of Fosroc Chemicals 1.5 mm thick with approved colour shade. The multi-layer coating consists of a solvent free epoxy primer Nitoprime 31, dressed with Anti slip grains No.2 at dosage of 0.5 kgs- 0.8 kgs per sqm over the primer layer and Trafficguard Intermediate coat with Nitoflor Filler @ 1. 05 Litre per sqm, cleaning the surface by vacuum cleaning to remove loose particles followed by two coats of Polyurethane - Trafficguard Wear course at coverage of 0.2 ltr / sqm as per manuf instruction and as directed. Note :- The quoted rate shall include all material, surface preparation, construction control joints filling using epoxy resin mortar, tools, safety equipment, labours, etc complete as per manufacturer’s specification (Make : Fosroc or equivalent inSika, Dr Fixit) |
