M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm. (nominal area) single core PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multi stranded FRLS copper conductor unsheathed in and including non metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit 20 mm dia or higher complete with all PVC conduit accessories such as socket, elbow, junction box, bell mouth, reducer, bend and flexible conduit etc./ fittings ISI marked and sunk type pressed steel anodised terminal box with bakelite laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick, brass screws and cup washers including one green colour cable of same size as earth wire up to common earth and connected to earth dolly for one exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch compete all as specified and directed.Note : (a) Making good disturbed suface by providing POP/Putty after plastering work and finishing to match the original and nothing extra shall be paid on the account. (b) Cutting chases and concealed conduit to be included in quoted rates.

S&F steel body heavy duty exhaust fan 300mm sweep, double ball bearing, copper wound, with louvers/shutter, 230 volts, 50 Hz, including eleatrically connectingfrom ceiling rose to fan connector with 0.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor 3 core flexible cable core including cutting hole in existing wall of acurate size and plastering the edges of portion and two coat of existing colour code with matching the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting openings, through bricks walls in round/Square shape, for 300mm dia exhaust fan and making good in cement mortar 1:3 including finishing up an matching the disturbed surface and removing surplus unserviceable bricks, hard-core etc from site complete all as specified and directed.
