Transplantation of markd trees of various species and girth to designated place as shown by user includes cost of earth mover for trenching at present as well as new site, pruning the tree, packing the root ball carefully, putting necessary chemicals, crane for loading and unloading the tree, labour charges and stabilizing the tree at new site complete all as specified directed for the fwgd sizes of tree girth :-

M&L for maintenance of transplanted trees for a period of 2 years by deploying adequate manpower, making basin, watering, grooming, application of fertilizer complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of fertilizer and necessary T&P shall be deemed included in the quoted rate.

Notes: (a) In case of non-survival of trees an amount equal to 30% of quoted amount of each tree under item No 1.01 to 1.03 shall be recovered from the contractor\"s dues without any notice. (b) In the case of non-survival of any transplanted tree noticed by the Engineer-in-Charge payment in respect of such trees for mantenence under item No 2.0 shall not be made from the date of notice by Engineer-in -Charge.(c) Maintenance work covered under item No 2.0 above shall be commenced just after completion of work covered under item No 1.01 to 1.03 above.
