| 4 | A) For the Repairs entrusted on cost plus basis, payment shall be made as under, subjectto the condition that the overall cost claimed is considered reasonable by the Corporation: |
| 5 | i)Quantum of the Materials and labour used for completion of a particular work must be reflected in the Work Done Certificate(WDC).If any materials procured for completion of a particular work, same must be reflected in the (WDC) and connected supporting proof of payment Vouchers /bills must be enclosed for material procured over Rs.10,000/- Which are incorporated in the work: |
| 6 | ii)10% extra onactualstowards handling, transportation, Storage and other incidental charges, over head charges etc., will only be paid (not negotiable) |
