All as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge, and also involves excavation in soft rock. |

| 8 | Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete upto all heights and elevations, for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactued in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C from trasit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strengthand durability as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Cement content considered as 330 kg/Cum. Excess / less cement used as per design mix is payable / recoverable separately). All material including Cement and machinery are under Contractor scope.Notes:(1) Generally, OPC 43 or OPC 53 Grade are permitted. In exceptional cases like mass concreting etc., other forms of Cements like PPC or Fly ash based cement will be permitted subject to approval of Engineer-In-Charge. However, reduction in cement content with reference to that of M25 grade concrete with OPC (330 kg/Cu.m) shall be recovered and no additional payment for admixtures like fly ash etc.(2) For Unit Rate of M20 grade concrete (RMC), quantity of cement consumption reduced with reference to Cement content for M25 grade concrete at 330 kg/Cu.m shall be recovered at the cost equal to Unit Rate of Cement mentioned in the Contract under BHEL Free issue material.(3) For all structurally designed cases, cubes casting for assessment of Characteristic compressive strength of Concrete shall be as per IS 456. |
| 9 | Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and bindinggrills with binding wire all complete by cold twisted bars / TMT Bars of Fe 500 or above grade.All materials, consumables, binding wires and required equipment are in Contractor scope. Only Steel Reinforcement will be issued free of cost by BHEL at BHEL stores. |

| 14 | Supply and fixing of various sizes of MS Bolts, Nuts, washers conforming to IS 1367 including cost of all materials, labour charges etc., complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 15 | Brick work withGround moulded clay FPS brick in super structure above plinth level upto and floor five roof level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 Coarse sand). Cost includes placing two 6 / 8 mm dia steel reinforcement bars in every fourth layer in case of half brick wall. Cost of placing steel bars shall be paid separately under steel reinforcement. All materials including Cement and required equipment are in Contractor scope. Only 43 or 53 Grade OPC is permitted.Note: No additional payment shall be made in case of usage of PCC solid / hollow bricks in-lieu of clay bricks. |

| 19 | Fabrication of Structural Steel work at all heights & elevationsincluding all materials going into the process of fabrication and forming an integralpart of steel work together with all shop and site rivets and electrodes for site welding as necessary and all site connections like sag rods, beams, girders, plates, flats, channels, anchors, anchor rods, anchor fasteners, levers, clamps, CR 120 / 100 / 80 Rail lines / suitable rails (52 kg/m, 62 kg/m etc.,)for - EOT Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Rail tracks, check rails, turnouts, crossings, fish plates, MS nuts, bolts, washers, springs, wedges, supply of Foundation bolts for Clamping bars / Clamping Bess/ Machine foundations etc., of required dia and length conforming to IS 1367, screws, wedge plates, packing pieces, chains, links, cleats, bracings, trusses and frame work for fixed false ceiling and for movable false ceiling, purlins with channel, angles, MS flat supports including all connections as per detailed drawings connected steel works etc., cleats, gusset plates, all bolts, nuts, washers, base plates, Clamping Bars, Clamping Beds, required fasteners of Clamping Bars & Beds, as per detailed drawings, cutting, welding before erection etc., complete.The rate shall include painting 2 coat of Red-oxide primer as per IS specifications (except rails etc.,) and all charges for handling, leading, loading, unloading, transportation, including all. No payment for wastage i.e., material which do not become integral part of the steel work shall be paid. Erection charges shall be paid separately. Cost also includes making required threading & machining of foundation bolts to required size.Required cutting gases will be issued free of cost by BHEL at respective stores. All welding rods are in Contractor scope. |

| 22 | Erection of all kinds of Structural Steel work including wedges, plates, EOT / Gantry Rails, foundation bolts of Clamping bars / Clamping beds / Machine foundations etc., or any other BHEL Free issue material required for the work like Clamping Bars, Clamping beds, Rails etc., to alignment to 0.1mm/m accuracy including its transportation from BHEL Stores, machining, if required, etc., or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including charges for transportation from Contractor / BHEL Stores, handling, leading and stacking at site at approved locations prior to erection including all site levelling, rivetting, bolting, jointing and site welding where ever required at all heights. All welding rods, cutting gases are in Contractor scope. |

Sand graded to Zone-IV of IS 383 is not acceptable. No other sand is accepted. |
