Attending in routine complaints, preventive maintenance pertaining to minor steel structure repair works viz repair of aldrop, hinges, sheet and wire mesh of door/gate and windows, minor roof leakage, rain water gutter / pipe leakage, racks, steel furniture and repair of MS drinking water line etc. It is assessed that, contractor shall ensure the availability of one skilled service on regular basis for carrying out the above job per day. The labours engaged shall have to attend complaints at different locations / floors / shops/buildings at all heights as per daily /emergency requirements and direction of engineer-in-charge. (All material will be supplied free of cost at PMG-Civil store).
